Refund policy

Due to the nature of this model, since BTDT isn't creating apparel in mass and storing them, we have a strict no return/ refund policy. This will change in future once we have established a more robust model in the near future

Having said that, if you have received the item damaged we are more than willing to investigate it and help you with the replacement options. Please feel to reach out to us with screenshots of the received damaged garment and also the proof of purchase at contact_us@thebtdtsore.ca

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to get in touch with your query and upon investigation if the item is found defective, we will be helping with a replacement right away
